Tis a night for Trick or Treatin, and glowing evil pumpkins, Halloween part 3

Well it's finally here! The 31st of Oct which means Halloween is finally upon us! Many people on the other side of the world will have to wait for a few more hours for their celebrations. Meanwhile people in Kawasaki,Japan have already begun their festivities. Ah yes the world will spend the next day playing all sorts of pranks on people and kids getting their year's supply of candy. *Cue evil witch laughter*
